The cellar door lets you settle indoors on couches with your dog under the air conditioning while staff pour generous flights. Distinct red bottlings carry unexpected savoury notes—think thyme and oregano aromatics lacing the Merlot and Cabernet. Chris and the family often wander over to pour Greek coffee and share stories from the vineyard. Outside, open lawns and an undercover shed set the stage for casual Sunday afternoons pairing a bottle of the Wild Goat Shiraz with warm wood-fired pizza or hearty pies.
