Patrons treat the counter as a private study—settling in over secondhand paperbacks under green banker lamps. Drinks run through literary chapters under the “Literature, Stirred & Shaken” banner. Bartenders take specs seriously, gladly rebuilding a pour if the balance is off. Catch the bar staff torching garnishes for the Ice & Fire or stirring a James Bond-approved Vesper martini.
