Plates glide past on a conveyor belt while miniature trains and a robot trolley deliver sliced meats straight to your table. Diners drop cuts of pork belly, oyster blade, and fresh veggies into bubbling pots of Tom Yum and numbing Mala broth. Customise dipping sauces at the condiment counter, then finish off with a jiggly Meow Pudding paired with berry compote.
