Expect serious wok hei across the basil chilli fried rice and hearty bowls of Thai fried rice loaded with BBQ Wagyu beef. Seafood plates run deep: crisp whole fried fish drenched in sweet and sour sauce, steamed barramundi, and grilled oysters with roe arrive all at once in minutes. Round out the table with cocktail jugs and a pandan-scented Phuket Island Hot Bunzling.
