Just down Port Road from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, this unpretentious dining room turns pre-show dinners into an art form without the rush. The kitchen runs structured two- and three-course menus paced to beat the curtain call—pairing dishes like fork-tender slow-cooked shoulder lamb over bean sauce with local riesling. Rotating chef tasting menus change with the seasons, served alongside walls hung with pieces by South Australian artists. Regulars drop in for the tender beef paired with pickled shallots, or share plates of halloumi and grilled salmon before heading out into the night.
