About Taste of Nepal

Norwood locals head to this Parade dining room for comforting Himalayan banquets and curries spiced strictly in-house. Tables fill quickly with groups sharing platters of steamed momo dumplings and skewered sekuwa chicken, followed by slow-simmered goat on the bone and barramundi in fragrant sauces. The kitchen balances warmth and depth without blowing out spice levels, so mixed groups and kids eat without hesitation. The evening winds down over homemade cardamom-infused ice cream.

  • Multi-Course Banquets: Set multi-course feasts like the Chef’s and Himalayan banquets take the guesswork out of ordering for group tables.
  • In-House Ground Spices: The kitchen toasts and grinds its own spice blends on-site to give curries and regional dishes balanced depth.

Practical tips for planning your visit to Taste of Nepal

  • Order banquets for group ease

Opt for set banquets like the Chef's Banquet or Himalayan banquet when dining in groups to simplify ordering and sample a wide spread of curries and entrees.

  • Plan for generous portions

Portions across both banquets and mains are very substantial, so keep takeaway containers in mind if you cannot finish your meal.

  • Dietary and spice customization

If dining with guests who have specific dietary needs or low heat tolerance, staff are accommodating and curries tend to be balanced rather than overwhelmingly hot.
