Miyabi Sushi delivers swift Japanese classics along Unley Road via a tabletop conveyor belt and an electronic bullet train shuttle. Guests can snag plates straight off the gliding line or tap mounted tablets for made-to-order nigiri and warm dishes that dock directly at the booth. Regulars praise the steady rhythm of salmon aburi, warm okonomiyaki, and fresh noodle bowls, finished off by pressing the track button to send the shuttle whizzing back to the kitchen.
