Shotgun Willie's is Adelaide’s raucous slice of pure honky-tonk Americana, complete with pine-clad walls, deer mounts, and vintage Willie Nelson photos. Early on, it functions as a relaxed saloon. Pull up a stool for a cold Budweiser or Coors on tap while the kitchen sends out smoked wings, ribs, and fried mushrooms. Come nightfall, the tables get cleared off the floor to make way for live bluegrass, fiddles, and packed crowds. Thursday nights bring synchronized line dancing, where boots hit the timber boards under warm saloon lights as bartenders pour shots of whiskey and keep the draft beer flowing.
