Perched on the historic Carrick Hill estate, Rozelle’s pairs wood-fired pizza and casual Italian fare with panoramic views across Adelaide. High tables on the western terrace catch the sunset over the city skyline—a prime perch after roaming the surrounding heritage gardens. The kitchen turns out blistered amatriciana pies, al dente casarecce tossed with mushrooms, and crisp porchetta alongside local South Australian wines. Outside tables welcome dogs with water bowls and blankets when the hill air cools down. Weekend reservations fill quickly, but the balcony remains an easy post-walk perch for an espresso and a cannoli.

  • Look for the New Estate Entrance

    Keep an eye out when approaching Carrick Hill Drive: a new vehicular entrance sits approximately 50 metres before the original gate, which is now designated for exiting traffic only. Dedicated on-site parking is available once inside.
