Eggs Benedict
Eggs Benedict is my usual go to breakfast where ever I travel around the world and it’s a barometer of how I rate the restaurant or cafe because it’s a dish that one of the ingredients can change the taste sensation . The toast was perfect ( Turkish style) , we ordered the bacon which was not too crisp or under cooked , the sauce didn’t have the sting of a pre made sauce

The crispy pork bowl stole the show. Perfectly crunchy pork paired with shredded lettuce, pickles, cucumber and vermicelli noodles, finished with fresh herbs, peanuts and fried shallots.

Really loved this sandwich - didn’t know what to expect as I’d never had one , but there was a great amount of meat on this sandwich, more than bread ! Also enjoyed the pickles and cheese.
