A low-lit Adelaide CBD retreat, Leigh Street Luggage pours serious whiskeys, bespoke martinis, and house-brined picklebacks beneath stacks of vintage suitcases. Bar seats run right up to a mirrored backbar where bartenders read the room and tailor pours to taste. Out front, tables spill onto the pavers for carafes of Grenache alongside wagyu bresaola and truffle manchego. Midweek draws a steady crowd when young jazz musicians play acoustic sets right by the entrance—accompanied by a bourbon shot chased with garlic, chilli, and cherry tomato brine.
