Descend the stairs off Hindley Street into an underground bank vault turned cocktail retreat. Exposed brick, deep leather booths, and a back-bar stacked with rare bottles—from Japanese peat whiskies to over one hundred gins. Regulars treat the subterranean room as an easy hangout for unhurried conversation, backed by thin-crust margherita pizzas, warm garlic bread, and share boards. Later on weekends, the tempo picks up as vinyl DJs spin and the floor clears for dancing. Behind the stick, bartenders dial each pour to individual tastes, sending out custom drams and fresh spritzes late into the night.
