Morphett Street’s all-you-can-eat Japanese feast delivers boundless sushi, sashimi, and sizzling plates at a flat rate. Tabletop iPads run an honest countdown timer, tracking every round of chicken karaage, wagyu tataki, and salmon nigiri as it leaves the kitchen. A novelty robot server rolls through dining parties chiming birthday anthems, keeping the room lively and unpretentious. Settle in for quick bites and finish with banana brûlée or silky chocolate mousse.

    Tables feature an automatic countdown timer on the iPad ordering system that cuts off ordering at around 70 minutes within a strict 90-minute dining session. Pace orders early and select desserts before the cut-off.
