How can I assess an Adelaide-to-Alice Springs tour operator before booking?

Compare at least one alternative tour on inclusions and travel pace, not only price. Confirm pickup in Adelaide, final drop-off and any optional costs before paying.

Read recent independent reviews for the same itinerary, then check cancellation, refund and insurance terms directly with the operator. An old forum recommendation is not enough.

Ask for the current day-by-day route, accommodation standard, vehicle type and maximum group size in writing. Long drives can be easy to overlook in a short advertisement.
