Do I need to tap again when changing Adelaide Metro buses?

We plan to use buses with a connection and are unsure whether a transfer within the fare window needs another validation.

    Use the same card or payment method for every leg and check current Adelaide Metro transfer rules before travelling. Switching cards can make two boardings look unrelated.
