The Wild Lunch: Soi 38 × Australian Meats Saturday, 7 November 2026 Go wild for a one-off four-course lunch exploring Australian wild proteins through the flavours and techniques of Thai cooking. Chef Terry’s menu features Paroo Kangaroo, Spring Ridge Wild Venison, wild boar and wild goat, with each course paired with Vinteloper wines chosen to complement the dishes. With just 60 seats and one sitting, this intimate dining experience is not to be missed!
